A.) garner had asthma, making it significantly easier for him to perish from choking.
B.) nypd banned choking 21 years ago, so even if it wasn’t the officer’s intention to kill, he should not have choked him in the fucking first place.
C.) fuck you.

D.) he is still dead from a chokehold made illegal over two decades ago by the same police department.
